Vesting

Vesting is the process by which an individual gradually earns full ownership of an asset, such as stock options, over a set period of time or upon meeting specific conditions.

TGE

TGE (Token Generation Event) is the process in which a blockchain project officially creates and distributes its tokens to investors, usually following a fundraising event; in our case, the TGE occurs with the initial listing on an exchange.

Cliff Period

A cliff period is a waiting period at the start of a vesting schedule during which no tokens are given. After the cliff ends, payouts begin. For example, with a 6-month cliff, no tokens are received until the 6 months pass. After that, payouts start.
